The Egyptian Ministry of Housing plans to establish 25,000 housing units in the residential neighborhood of the Administrative Capital, and the housing units there range from 100 square meters to 180 square meters. 4 of the largest contracting companies in Egypt participate in the establishment of both the residential and government neighborhoods in the new capital: Talaat Moustafa, The Arab Contractors, Allam Sons, Concord and Orascom Alliance.
